Purchase your days and use them whenever it suits you anywhere between 09:00 and 21:00.
Flexy Desk Days – Guaranteed Desk Allocation
By purchasing a Flexy Desk Days package, the Client acquires the right to use a workspace for the number of prepaid days included in the selected package.
For each valid usage day, the Client is guaranteed assignment of an available desk upon arrival during official working hours.
Flexy Desk Days do not require advance selection of specific calendar dates. The Client may attend on any business day within the validity period of the package. Upon arrival, Desk4Day shall allocate an available workstation to the Client.
Desk4Day manages capacity in a manner that ensures availability of desks for Flexy Desk Days Clients. Under normal operating conditions, a Client holding valid unused Flexy Desk Days shall not be denied workspace access due to lack of availability.
Each allocated desk includes access to standard shared facilities and common areas as defined in the general terms of service.
Flexibility of scheduling does not affect the Client’s guaranteed right to workspace allocation within the validity period of the package.
