1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing services through Desk4Day.com, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Desk4Day provides prepaid access to:

  • Coworking desks (Flexy Days & Fixed Days packages)

  • Meeting rooms

  • Classrooms

  • Related workspace facilities

All services are subject to availability and internal operational rules.

3. Account & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase services.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your booking details and any account credentials.

4. Payments

All payments are made in advance.

By completing payment, you confirm authorization to use the selected payment method.

Prices may change without prior notice but will not affect confirmed purchases.

5. No Refund Policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable, except in cases of proven duplicate payment or technical billing error.

Full Refund Policy is published separately and forms part of these Terms.

6. Use of Space

Clients agree to:

  • Use the space professionally and respectfully

  • Not disturb other members

  • Not engage in illegal activity

  • Follow safety instructions

Desk4Day reserves the right to deny access in case of misconduct without refund.

7. Desk Allocation

Flexy Days:
An available desk is guaranteed upon arrival during working hours.

Fixed Days:
A desk is assigned on first arrival and remains reserved for scheduled days.

Meeting rooms:
Access is guaranteed only for confirmed booking time.

8. Limitation of Liability

Desk4Day is not responsible for:

  • Personal belongings left unattended

  • Loss, theft, or damage to property

  • Business interruption

  • Indirect or consequential damages

Use of the premises is at your own risk.

9. Force Majeure

Desk4Day is not liable for delays or inability to provide services due to events beyond reasonable control (natural disasters, government restrictions, technical failures, etc.).

10. Modifications

Desk4Day may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of changes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia.

Disputes shall be resolved before competent courts in Serbia.
