Desk4Day.com
1. Nature of Service
Desk4Day provides prepaid access to coworking desks, meeting rooms, classrooms, and related workspace services. All purchases made through Desk4Day.com represent advance payment for service access and reservation rights.
2. No Refund Policy
All purchases are final.
Desk4Day does not offer refunds for:

Purchased Flexy Days packages
-
Fixed Days packages
-
Meeting room bookings
-
Classroom bookings
-
Any other prepaid services
Once payment is successfully completed, the purchase cannot be canceled, refunded, partially refunded, or exchanged for cash.
3. Non-Transferability
Purchased packages and bookings are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for monetary compensation.

4. Exceptions
Refunds may only be issued in the following limited cases:

Proven duplicate payment

Proven technical billing error on the part of Desk4Day
All such cases must be reported in writing to office@desk4day.com within 48 hours of the transaction.
Desk4Day reserves the sole right to determine eligibility for any exception.
5. Service Availability
Desk4Day guarantees service availability in accordance with the terms of the purchased package (Flexy Days, Fixed Days, or confirmed room booking), but dissatisfaction with personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts, or change of plans does not constitute grounds for refund.

By completing a purchase on Desk4Day.com, the client confirms that they:
